At the beginning of your Mirus relationship, you will partner with a consultant who is specialized in your job market sector. You will always work with this individual, who will come to develop an in-depth knowledge of your needs, expectations, organizational structure and operating reality. This specialist will evaluate your current staffing needs and then suggest a total work solution which will address specific requirements for temporary employees and/or permanent hiring. In addition, the consultant will also visit you and your facilities, to gain a better understanding of your work environment. And then this individual will interview all potential candidates who may be considered for your company. They will then present the strongest candidates with a full disclosure of their technical aptitudes, personality and work style, and an analysis of their potential fit in your organization. Because the same person who services you is also responsible for recruiting your candidates, you can be assured that the best match is always optimized.

After-Placement Service

Partnering With Mirus For The First Time

If this is your first time working with Mirus, here is a quick overview of the partnership we will build together:

 

  • As soon as you provide a new hiring mandate to Mirus, a staffing consultant will review with you in detail the nature of the position as well as the skills, capacities and education required for the job. In addition your consultant will explain the three hiring options so you can choose the one most suitable for your current mandate.

  • Next, your consultant will visit your offices to fully appreciate the work envioronment as well as the company culture. With this added insight your consultant is then better prepared to present the best candidates for the position and your company.

  • During the recruiting and selection process your consultant will phone you at pre-established times to discuss the status of your mandate.

  • The candidate match will be assessed on three levels: the match between the candidate and the job itself, between the candidate and supervisor, and finally, their suitability for your company.

  • When we present a cnadidate, you will recieve an honest and transparent presentation of the candidate's experience, work history and skills, his or her references, and our analysis of their strengths and weaknesses. We will not present any candidate who does not correspond to all of your needs.

  • After the candidate presentation you will then decide if you wish to meet the individual for an interview.

  • If you decide after the interview to hire the candidate, you can simply let your Mirus consultant know and they will announce the news to the candidate.

  • Once the candidate is hired we will continue to offer high quality post-placement service.

If within the first 3 months of a mandate, the candidate we have placed in your organization is not meeting your expectations, wewill find you a replacement candidate at no additional cost to you.
